Welcome to Reflective Practices & Supervision

My aim is to provide psychotherapeutic services that promote hope, psychological health, individual growth, and empowerment. I respectfully work with each individual from within their unique context. Therefore, I tailor the therapeutic environment, approach and evidence-based theories and practices to meet their needs, according to their therapeutic plan and goals.

I endeavour to alleviate psychological, suffering by helping individuals to make sense of what has happened to them, and why they do the things they do and feel the emotions they feel. I work with individuals to develop new meaning about themselves and their worlds: to strengthen their self-esteem, relationships, and improve the quality of their lives. In short, my mission is to support individuals to find hope, to recover from trauma, and to transform their lives according to their own narratives.

I recognise that psychotherapeutic services may not meet all individuals’ needs so, I may recommend and facilitate a referral to other therapists and/or professionals to help fulfil their full potentials. I provide face-to-face, phone, and online services via Zoom to ensure convenient, and confidential therapy.

In summary, I aim to work with individuals to restore hope, psychological health, personal power, and safe connection to themselves and their worlds.
